This work aims at developing a new composite material based on nanosized semiconducting CuInS2 (CIS) particles combined with silicon nanowires grown on a silicon substrate (SiNWs/Si) for photoelectrochemical (PEC)-splitting of water. The CIS particles were prepared via a colloidal method using N-methylimidazole (NMI) as the solvent and an annealing treatment. The SiNWs were obtained by chemical etching of silicon (100) substrates assisted by a metal. The CIS/SiNWs/Si composite material was obtained by deposition of an aliquot of a suspension of CIS particles onto the SiNWs/Si substrate, using spin coating followed by a drying step. The XRD pattern demonstrated that CuInS2 grows in the tetragonal/chalcopyrite phase, while SiNWs/Si presents a cubic structure. The SEM images show semi-spherical particles (~10 nm) distributed on the surface of silicon nanowires (~10 μm). The EIS measurements reveal n-type conductivity for CIS, SiNWs/Si and CIS/SiNWs/Si materials, which could favour the oxidation reaction of water molecules.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate different durations of whole raw soybean (WS) supplementation (diet rich in n-6 fatty acid) during the prepartum period on cellular immune function of dairy cows in the transition period and early lactation. Thirty-one Holstein cows were used in a completely randomized design and assigned to 4 experimental groups (G) [G90, G60, G30, and G0 (control)] supplemented with a diet containing 12% of WS from 90, 60, 30 and 0 d relative to the calving date, respectively. Cows were dried off 60 d before the expected calving date. After parturition, all cows were fed a diet containing 12% of WS until 84 DIM. Blood samples were collected before the morning feeding (d ?56 ± 2, ?28 ± 2, ?14 ± 2, ?7 ± 2, at the day of partum, 7 ± 2, 14 ± 2, 28 ± 2, and 56 ± 2 relative to parturition). Cell phenotyping and phagocytosis assays were carried out using monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry technique. Duration of WS supplementation linearly increased the percentage of blood CD3+ cells, as well as increased the percentage of blood CD8+ cells in the postpartum period, notably in G30, whereas the lowest values were observed in G0. Further, the duration of WS supplementation linearly increased the reactive oxygen species median fluorescence intensity of CH138+ cells after phagocytizing Staphylococcus aureus in the postpartum period. Longer periods of WS supplementation linearly increased phagocytosis median fluorescence intensity of CH138+ cells in the prepartum period of cows. Duration of WS supplementation linearly increased the percentage of blood CD14+ cells producing reactive oxygen species when stimulated either by Staph. aureus or Escherichia coli in the postpartum period. In conclusion, longer periods of WS supplementation during late lactation and the dry period (beginning on d 90 of the expected calving date) alter the leukocyte population and improve neutrophil immune response in the postpartum period with no detrimental effects on cow performance.  相似文献

Horizontal directional solidification experiments were carried out with a monophasic Sn-2%Sb (mass fraction) alloy to analyze the influence of solidification thermal parameters on the morphology and length scale of the microstructure. Continuous temperature measurements were made during solidification at different positions along the length of the casting and these temperature data were used to determine solidification thermal parameters, including the growth rate (VL) and the cooling rate (TR). High cooling rate cells and dendrites are shown to characterize the microstructure in different regions of the casting, with a reverse dendrite-to-cell transition occurring for TR>5.0 K/s. Cellular (lc) and primary dendrite arm spacings (l1) are determined along the length of the directionally-solidified casting. Experimental growth laws relating lc and l1 to VL and TR are proposed, and a comparative analysis with results from a vertical upward directional solidification experiment is carried out. The influence of morphology and length scale of the microstructure on microhardness is also analyzed.  相似文献

To fabricate oxide dispersion strengthened bond coatings, commercial Co–30wt-%Ni–20Cr–8Al–0?4Y powder was milled with 2% additions of Al2O3, Y2O3 or Y2O3 + HfO2. Low-pressure plasma sprayed, free-standing specimens were oxidised in air + 10%H2O at 1100 °C both isothermally (100 h) and in 500, 1?h cycles. Dry air cyclic testing conducted at both ORNL and FZJ showed remarkably similar results. In general, the water vapour addition caused more scale spallation. Two LPPS specimens without oxide additions were tested for comparison. The specimens with 2%Al2O3 addition exhibited the best behaviour as the powder already contained 0?4%Y. Additions of 2%Y2O3 and especially 1%Y2O3 + 1%HfO2 resulted in over-doping as evidenced by high mass gains and the formation of Y- and Hf-rich pegs. Scanning transmission electron microscopy of the isothermal specimens showed no Hf and/or Y segregation to the alumina scale grain boundaries in the over-doped specimens.  相似文献

The data on the use of solar photovoltaic plants (PVPs) for providing a reliable and guaranteed power supply to telecommunication systems and cellular communication systems in the conditions prevalent in Uzbekistan are given. The research-based structures developed by OOO MIR SOLAR and the selection of PVP elements ensuring their reliable operation are described. The main influencing factors are discussed, and the use of effective combinations of different types of panels (from monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon) and a specially developed controller are considered.  相似文献

Qualitative analysis of aeromagnetic data of part of Nasarawa State had been carried out with the aim of delineating mineral potential zone. The study area is bounded by Longitude 8.0°E – 9.0°E and Latitude 8.0°N – 9.5°N with an estimated total area of 18,150?km2. Different filters were used to enhance the short wavelength anomalies which could give preliminary information about the magnetic minerals present in the study area. The total magnetic intensity map shows variation of both highs and lows magnetic signature ranges from ?51.2?nT to 110.4?nT after the removal of IGRF value of 33,000?nT; the highs which is basement dominates the north-eastern and north-western part of the study area which corresponds to Akwanga, Wamba and Nasarawa Eggon; these are areas with promising solid minerals of economic potentials like, gold at Wamba; Tin, Columbite and Tantalite at Akwanga while Granite rocks with possible radioactive elements are in abundance at Nasarawa Eggon. The low magnetic values on the other hand, which is made up of sediment deposition also dominates the southern part of the study area, this area corresponds to Lafia, Doma and Keana; Lafia and Doma host some industrial minerals like Clay, glass Sands and the Salt Brines at Keana. The major high magnetic signature trends east-west. The greenish part of the study area indicates alluvium deposition. The filters used are vertical derivatives, downward continuation and analytic signal. The first and second vertical derivatives; shows structures like lineament that could be the host to minerals present in the study area and it trends NE-SW. The downward continued at the depth of 50?m and 100?m shows the veins where magnetic minerals most especially gold are known to settle along igneous and metamorphic rocks. The analytic signal map shows that magnetic amplitude highs could be found at the northern end with most lineaments delineated also conform to other filter used. The tilt derivative map enhances short wavelength anomalies which could be used to mapped shallow basement structures and mineral exploration targets. The results of these filters agreed largely and since most magnetic minerals are structural controls, it is expected that those lineaments identified, most especially at the northern part, could play host to those minerals aforementioned.  相似文献
